  • Settings > General
  • Click "About"

Android 12 or higher

  • Settings > About Phone
  • Click "Software information"

The Meritrust Mobile website is supported on the three most recent versions of the following browsers:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Chrome
  • Safari

Enable 3rd Party Cookies

Edge

  1. Under Settings, click on Cookies and site permissions
  2. Click Manage and delete cookies and site data
  3. Ensure "Allow sites to save and read cookie data" is set to on
  4. Ensure that www.meritrustmobile.org is not added to the Block section.
  5. Ensure that www.meritrustmobile.org is not set to clear on exit.

Chrome

  1. Under Settings, click on Privacy and Security
  2. Click on Cookies and Other Site Data
  3. Ensure that you are not blocking all cookies
  4. Ensure that "Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows" is set to off
  5. Ensure that www.meritrustmobile.org is not added to the "Always clear cookies when windows are closed" and "Sites that can never use cookies" sections.

Safari

  1. In the Safari app, select Safari > Settings, then click Privacy.
  2. Deselect "Block all cookies"
